The Latium Trust Score is a score issued to each user which is reflective of the type of employer/employee they are. This score is a way for users to evaluate potential work relationships quickly without additional research.
The idea behind the Latium Trust Score is to limit the effect user reviews and ratings have. Fake or paid for user reviews and ratings have become a giant issue throughout internet commerce. The Latium Trust Score ranges from 0-1000 and is based on many different data points which are systematic, not opinion based. These include, but are not limited to, amount of jobs completed, hire rate, payment time, task value, and worker/employer diversity.
