The Reward Adjustment option is available to be issued by the employer or requested by the employee. It is best used as a means on conflict resolution if, for some reason, one of the parties does not feel the other's offer/work was adequate.
Once an offer for Reward Adjustment has been made, the receiving party can counter with an offer of their own. The system will continue that way until an amount has been agreed upon.
You cannot offer/request a Reward Adjustment when the amount is more than the original reward amount.
