Completing projects in the Latium Platform requires contracts to be in multiple different statuses throughout the process. You can view the status of any contract by visiting the For Freelancers page.
Below we will lay out what each status means for a Freelancer who is completing projects.
Here we will lay out all of the statuses for Open Contracts in a Bid Style project.
- Bid Under Review: Bid Under Review status means that a bid you have submitted is currently either under review by the Employer or waiting to be reviewed by the Employer.
- Bid Awarded: Bid Awarded status means that a bid you submitted has been awarded by the Employer and is waiting for you to begin working on the project.
- Working: Working status means that you are currently working on the project and the clock is running.
- Under Employer Review: Under Employer Review status means you have submitted your project for review and are currently waiting for the Employer to review and decide if you have completed the project or not.
- Past Due: Past Due status means the project you are working on is past due and needs to be completed as soon as possible.
- Failed Review: Failed Review status means the Employer has reviewed your submission and has sent it back to you for you to try again
- Reopened Pending Start: This status is applied to a contract after you have reopened the contract and moved it back to the Open column. This status appears before the Freelancer has begun working on the contract again
Here we will lay out all of the statuses for Closed Contracts.
- Bid Declined: The Bid Declined status means that the Employer has reviewed your bid and decided to not award the project to you. You may be able to submit another bid for the project.

- Payment Declined: The Payment Declined status means the Employer has not approved of your submission and decided to not pay you.
- Quit By You: The Quit By You status is for a project you have personally quit
